The Magnolia restaurant is located in the corner of the courtyard on the first floor of the YiuTeung West building. Mr.Ba Jin was obsessed with Magnolia his entire life and repeatedly throughout his books wrote about the wonderful taste of Magnolia and its portrayal of the beauty of life through its .blooming cycles. Because of this obsession Mr. Ba Jin had, the restaurant was named after the Magnolia.

The design of the restaurant is simple yet stylish. The ceiling shape was inspired by the magnolia flower and the European-style wall lamps, simple atmosphere， elegant landscape paintings, vintage tableware, and modern dining space all portray the dining environment of mansion dwellers during the Republic of China. The Magnolia restaurant specializes in Sichuan cuisine, as well as western dishes such as gourmet steak, pizza, and burgers.
