YiuTeung Mansion 

YiuTeung Mansion is a one-of-a-kind, luxury hotel in China that gets its name from Mr. Ba Jin's former name, "Li Yiu Teung". It is situated between Tianfu Yi Street and Jiannan Avenue in Chengdu, Sichuan, has ready access to public transport, and is in a geographically prominent part of Chengdu. Although it is located in a highly prosperous and bustling zone of the city, the actual YiuTeung Mansion is hidden on the quiet side of Jincheng Lake Park. The total area of the mansion is 23,847 ㎡ (256,600 + ft) and is separated into two main buildings, YiuTeung East and West. The mansion adopts a European architectural style mixed with characteristics found in the Chinese-Western style building structures popular in Chengdu in 1930.With its romantic French-style courtyards, and its 1930's influence, it perfectly portrays the luxurious yet low-key cultural heritage found during the Republic of China.

YiuTeung Mansion joined the Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH) by end of 2019, as its first property on SLH blueprint of southwest China.
